Year 3 English daily reviews, Set 3: Word Building. Five weeks of daily practice aligned to the Australian Curriculum v9, US Common Core and the UK National Curriculum. Students work on plurals (-s, -es, and changing y to i), the prefixes un-, re- and dis-, the suffixes -ful, -less, -ly and -ness, and compound words, one skill a week, with Week 5 revising all four. The same calm routine every day: an explicit lesson with worked examples on Monday, guided and independent practice, an apply day linked to your science or HASS unit, and a Friday revision of the previous week's skill.
