Christmas Around the World Activity Booklet
By Sarah Hodgson
A 99-page Christmas activity booklet for Years 3–4 with real English and maths lessons, not busy work. Students fly to 12 countries as Santa’s Travel Elf, reading, writing and solving maths problems at each stop. At every stop, they crack a boarding pass and collect a clue to solve the mystery: who ate Santa’s cookies? It’s not busy work. The booklet covers Year 3–4 Australian Curriculum English and Mathematics skills: comprehension, word work, story writing, addition and subtraction, money, multiplication and division, fractions, time, symmetry, measurement and graphs. It also includes puzzles, 5 craft pages, a certificate, an answer key and teacher notes. Students work on their own and mark their own work. Print and go. A4 PDF.
