Halloween counting mats 1–10 for preschool and kindergarten! This hands-on Halloween math center helps students practice number recognition, counting, one-to-one correspondence, quantity building, and numeral matching with a friendly ghost and his pumpkin bucket. Students use the haunted houses at the bottom of each mat as a visual counting area and place the matching number of candies in the pumpkin bucket. They can also use the numbered mats to build quantities, or match numbered candies to the ghost with the same numeral. With several activity options, it works for differentiated learning and repeated practice. Start beginning learners with 1–5 and move to 1–10 as their confidence grows.
