Apple counting mats 1–10 for preschool and kindergarten! This hands-on fall math center helps students practice number recognition, counting, one-to-one correspondence, quantity building, and numeral matching with a woven apple basket and red, green, and yellow apples. Students count the seeds on each basket and place the matching number of apples in the basket. They can also use the numbered basket mats to build quantities, or match numbered apples to the basket with the same numeral. With several activity options, it works for differentiated learning and repeated practice. Start beginning learners with 1–5 and move to 1–10 as their confidence grows.
