Daily reading log for Years 1–6, for home reading or classroom silent reading. Tracks minutes, not pages, with a short who / what / when / where / why / how summary each day. A 77-page printable PDF with a 5-day school-week log and a 7-day full-week log, ten weeks each. Includes a weekly wrap-up with an adult signature line, a worked example and a colour-in Days I Read tracker.
