Train counting mats 1–10 for preschool and kindergarten! This hands-on math center helps students practice number recognition, counting, one-to-one correspondence, quantity building, and numeral matching with a friendly train and colorful cargo crates. Students count the dots on each train car and build the matching quantity with cargo crates. They can also use the numbered train cars to build quantities, or match numbered crates to the car with the same numeral. An engine and caboose are included, so students can line up the cars in order from 1 to 10 and build a whole number train. With several activity options, it works for differentiated learning and repeated practice. Start beginning learners with 1–5 and move to 1–10 as their confidence grows.
